If you purchased a product from our website, you are eligible for a return, refund, or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
• The item you received is defective.
• The wrong item was delivered.

• Your order number
• A photo of the defective or incorrect item
Once we receive and approve your returned item, we will process your refund (including shipping costs) within 7 days.
Please note: Requests made after the 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
