It's a special project that we've been create with P'Goh and N'Ooy from SIRINYA COFFEE FARM to set a better standard version in traditional coffee process way from SIRINYA COFFEE FARM by without any fermentation or yeast in every stage.
Our PROJECT S goal is we would like to deliver the most delicious taste from the origin to all coffee drinkers. Relying on natural principles, including the way of life and community. Put them all together, disrupting to use minimum natural resources and preserve the forest and the sustainability of local life.
By doing the PROJECT S, we will start to focus on attention from the process of picking ripe cherries id carried out through the drying process by control the detail of factors, use seasonal and measure the weather conditions during the year to get the perfect lot for you. Everyone can taste the perfect taste of coffee. From the SIRINYA COFFEE FARM, while seemingly simple, is underlying with challenges. We have to face the climate change, diseases and various factors to ensure that all our friends are taste the best traditional coffee we've ever wanted to present.
